Plan for the wait. A brand confirms a sale after its return window, then the network pays Vouchrs. From a purchase to money in the bank is usually around three months, for creators and for your share alike. Sales a brand reverses are not paid to anyone.

What the commission is. Brands pay a percentage of each order, typically around 10% across the brands creators can share. The creator rates above are the ones published on the creators page.

Questions

What agencies ask before they refer anyone

Does this cost the agency anything?
No. There is no fee, no retainer and no software to buy. Vouchrs earns only when a creator's link leads to a sale.
Do creators have to pay?
No. Joining is free for creators, with no fees and no exclusivity. Every application is read by a person.
Does the agency need to manage creator campaigns?
No. Vouchrs handles the infrastructure and creators use the platform themselves. They choose their offers and post on their own terms, so there are no briefs, approvals or reports for your team to run.
How does the agency get paid?
You receive a share of Vouchrs' revenue from the creators who applied through your link, at the tier for your number of active creators. It is worked out on commission Vouchrs has actually received, so it follows the same timeline as creator earnings: usually around three months from a purchase, once the brand has confirmed the sale and the network has paid us. We agree the payment details with you in writing before you start.
Does the creator's commission get reduced?
No. Creators are paid first. Your share is a percentage of what Vouchrs keeps, so it never reduces theirs.
What counts as an active creator?
An approved creator who is sharing Vouchrs links and getting clicks. We confirm the exact threshold in your terms, so nothing about your tier is a surprise.
Can individual creators join without an agency?
Yes. Vouchrs is open to creators directly. A creator who applies through your link is tagged to your agency; one who applies on their own is not.
What happens if we refer more creators later?
Their activity counts toward your tier, so your percentage rises as your active roster grows.
Do our creators have to disclose the affiliate link?
Yes, every time a link earns commission. It is the law in the US and part of the brands' own rules. Our ready-made captions already include the disclosure, so it is one tap. The rules are on the creator guidelines.
