What this is
An agency account gives you a personal link, a dashboard and a share of what the sales of the creators you bring earn Vouchrs. You are independent: not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot bind us. Nothing here is exclusive, for you or for your creators. We approve or decline every application, and we do not accept cashback, reward or voucher-code sites, lead-generation or co-registration partners, email-list sellers or sub-networks.
Your creators
A creator is yours when they apply through your link as a new Vouchrs account, after we have approved your agency (someone who applied through your link before that is yours from then on). A link cannot tie a creator who already has an account: tell us before you start and we will look at it together. Your creators stay free: their own account, page and payout, and they can work with anyone. We approve each creator on our own rules, whoever brought them.
If you are a creator yourself. An agency account is a separate login from a creator account, so it needs its own email. You earn on the creators you bring, never on your own sales: a sale of a creator account paid to the same account as yours earns you nothing as an agency (you are paid as a creator for it, as any creator is). We may also treat two accounts of one person as one.
What you earn
You earn a percentage of the commission Vouchrs receives from the brands, through the affiliate network, on the sales of each creator you brought, for 24 months from that creator's first sale. The percentage depends on your level: 10% as a Partner, 12.5% as a Senior Partner, 15% as a Lead Partner. It is a percentage of the commission itself, not of the order, and it comes out of Vouchrs' side: it never reduces what a creator is paid. If a creator's own rate were ever raised so far that your percentage would leave Vouchrs less than 5% of a sale's commission, your cut on that sale is reduced; the creator's never is.
Bonus. The first time a creator you brought reaches $300 in orders the brands have confirmed, you earn a one-off $10 as a Partner, $15 as a Senior Partner or $20 as a Lead Partner, by your level at that moment, for at most 25 creators. It is never paid for sign-ups.
What counts. Only sales that earn Vouchrs commission: a sale a brand declines or reverses, a sale outside the months above and a sale first recorded while your account was paused earn nothing. Your percentage is locked on a sale the first time we record it, and your dashboard shows every line. We may take back an amount, and tell you why, if it rests on a fake account, a creator who is not a real person, a self-purchase or a sale a brand later reverses.
Your level
Every agency we approve starts as a Lead Partner for 3 months, whatever its results. After that your level follows the commission your creators' sales brought Vouchrs in the last 30 days (the sales a brand has not reversed, and that earn you your percentage): $30,000 or more a month makes you a Lead Partner, $10,000 or more a Senior Partner, otherwise you are a Partner.
We look on the first day of each month (UTC) and once when your welcome period ends. You move up at once; you move down one level at a time. A sale keeps the percentage it was recorded at, so a change applies to sales after it. Your dashboard shows your level, last month's figure and the date of the next review. We may set an agency's terms by hand, for example to correct a mistake; we tell you if we do.
Getting paid
You are paid when your creators are. For a brand that pays its affiliate network on time, a sale is payable once the brand has confirmed it; for a brand that is late, once the network has paid us. Your dashboard says which is which. We pay at least once a month from $25, by PayPal or Wise (or, if you are an Awin publisher on our programme, as a commission through Awin), in US dollars; below the minimum your balance carries over. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for what a payment needs. If we pay something that turns out to rest on a reversed sale or on something these terms exclude, we deduct it from later payments.
What you can see about your creators
Their public handle and name, how far they have got (applied, approved, made links, has sales), how many clicks and sales they have, when they joined, and what you earn from them. Never their email address, payout details, earnings or what their customers spent. Each creator who joined through you is told this. Use it only to help your creators and to check your earnings, and do not share it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
What you can say
- Say what Vouchrs is, in your own words, and that you earn when a creator joins through your link. Where a public post of yours earns you money, say so (an ad or affiliate disclosure, as US law requires).
- Never promise or hint at what a creator will earn, and never use made-up urgency, reviews or results.
- No rewards for applying (cash, points, prizes), no unsolicited email, messages or texts, no bots, and no applying for someone else. Every creator must be a real person who chose to apply.
- No search ads on “Vouchrs” or misspellings, no look-alike domains or handles, nothing that suggests you are Vouchrs, and no use of a brand's name or logo to advertise Vouchrs.
Breaking these rules can cost you what you earned on the creators concerned, and your account.
Pausing and ending
You can close your account at any time. We can pause or close it by email, and we will say why. If either of us closes it for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we still pay your share on sales already recorded once they are payable. The share on later sales stops from the day the account closes. We make no promise of volume or earnings: tracking is run by the brands and the network, and a sale may not be tracked.
Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms and the programme for the future. We email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and a sale already recorded keeps what it was recorded at. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Our terms of service also apply, including what they say about tracking we do not control and about our liability.
